Megan is a skilled litigator with extensive experience in conducting commercial litigation and handling all other forms of dispute resolution. During her career, she has acted in a diverse range of matters including building and construction disputes and property-related litigation as well as administrative law.

Megan’s credentials include acting for both plaintiffs and defendants in proceedings in the District and Supreme Court of NSW (including Court of Appeal) in connection with injunctive relief, contractual disputes, building and construction litigation, claims brought under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW) and recovery of debts. Megan also acts for various councils and their insurers in commercial disputes.

In addition to her litigation skills, Megan is highly experienced in all forms of alternative dispute resolution and has frequently acted for clients in mediation and arbitration.

Megan consistently achieves excellent results for her clients and has successfully resolved several major disputes in the areas of building and construction and contractual disputes through negotiation and mediation processes, thereby avoiding ongoing protracted and costly litigation.

Prior to joining Moray & Agnew, Megan worked in the commercial practice of another national law firm, specialising in the areas of commercial law, litigation and government law.
