We acted for a client on all aspects of the sale of a complex comprising 175 luxury apartments, seven offices, and the leasing of a specialty retail store, department store and supermarket. We regularly act in a number of property development matters including subdivision arrangements, development contracts and process including liaising with surveyors, satisfying development approval and imposed conditions, selling “off the plan” as well as advising on appropriate business structures to attract investment and proposed finance arrangements.
