Property Development and Planning Disputes

We acted for a local government authority in relation to a claim by a property developer arising out of a boutique residential development in Northern NSW. The matter involved allegations of breach of common law duty and breach of statutory duty around complex hydraulic engineering and planning issues. The hearing ran for five days in the Supreme Court of NSW with judgment presently reserved.
