An integral part of our specialised property practice is conveyancing – a niche area. This includes the management and reporting of execution and exchange of contracts, receipts and investment of deposits and regular sales and status summaries.
Our conveyancing team offer this expertise in specific offices.

Members of our Melbourne Property & Development team are fluent in various Asian languages and also have expertise in conveyancing.
In Newcastle we offer partner Jim Griffiths and senior associate Kellie Ross who are both highly experienced in all aspects of property law. They are supported by Senior Certified Practising Conveyancer (NSW) Nigel Sellens.
