Land & Environment Court proceedings

We are acting for a Council in relation to a Class 4 Land & Environment Court proceeding, resulting in interim orders for demolition of a residential house.  Negotiations are in progress to not only finalise the current proceedings, but also to attempt to prevent a common law damages action arsing from the same circumstances.
