Building and construction disputes

We act for plaintiffs and defendants in building and construction disputes in jurisdictions ranging from the Consumer Trade & Tenancy Tribunal through to the Supreme Court. We recently acted in relation to the remediation of extensive building defects to a commercial property in excess of $14 million. The matter involved multiple experts across the building industry including quantity surveyors, structural engineers, fire engineers, building consultants, architects and Building Code of Australia consultants.
